Screening Kits
Scavenging screening test kits are available for palladium, copper, chromium, ruthenium, platinum, tin, osmium and rhodium. In addition, we offer a general metal kit. Kits contain 6-9 scavengers known to work for the selected metals, offering a range of different material functionalities and mechanisms. The kits are further broken down into a frontline group of 4 materials that are tried and tested at scale and suggested for a quick screen. A typical kit contains 10 grams of each scavenger and costs roughly $500-700. Kits are available for next day delivery. For labs doing routine screening, larger kits are available in 25 and 100 gram formats.
Further kits are available for organic scavengers including a kit for electrophiles, CEX and AEX and boronic acid removal. Finally, catalyst kits are available for coupling, oxidation and acid catalysis.

Bulk materials and pre-engineered solutions
For both pharmaceutical and industrial application many scavengers are available in kilogram and tonne quantity as loose powders. Pharmaceutical grade materials also have regulatory support files covering the manufacture and performance of the material including certifications the materials are free of animal-material content. We also offer pre-packed cartridges and housings which enable turnkey scale-up of column adsorption operations without the need to handle loose silica.
Research and Engineering Services
For large scale industrial projects, as well as for those pharmaceutical clients with specific scavenging or metal analytical issues, we provide research, testing and engineering services. The most basic of these services is a scavenger screening and selection for batch adsorption. For large scale projects such has industrial chemical, mining or other commodity processes we can continue the screening to develop a scalable process, provide equipment design for the process and pilot plant demonstration. Included within these services is analytical method development to monitor metal concentration by ICP methodology.
