History
The company was formed in 2003, but PhosphonicSTM technological expertise derives from over 20 years work in the area of modified inorganic materials by founders Professor Alice Sullivan and Dr John Wilson at Queen Mary, University of London.

The company has developed and patented unique families of functionalised solid materials, produced through the application of the company’s novel immobilisation technology.

As part of its expansion and ongoing research programme the company has moved to purpose built office and laboratory facilities at Milton Park, near Oxford, U.K. and is committed to developing new products and applications from this exciting technology.

People
The Company is led by Dr. David Astles as Chief Executive Officer, who has over 20 years experience in the fine and speciality chemical industry, working in small and large companies.

Dr. John Wilson, Chief Technology Officer, has broad industrial experience, managing research teams and technology development in Shell.

Professor Alice Sullivan acts as a Chief Scientific Officer to the company, while continuing her work at Queen Mary, University of London.

An experienced technical and commercial team has been assembled in order to help PhosphonicSTM achieve its goals of providing high quality products and services to its customers.
