Residual precious metals (PGMs and Au) can remain in downstream process liquors, aqueous waste streams and holding tanks long after the primary recovery step is complete. Although concentrations may be low, the value lost at scale can be significant.

PhosphonicS uses patented technology for attaching powerful ligands to a silica backbone. Multiple chelating sites enable our products to outperform other solid supported products at every concentration of precious metal in your stream.

Highly Selective for Precious Metals Over Base Metals

PhosphonicS scavengers are highly selective for precious metals over base metals. This selectivity allows mining refineries to recover additional quantities of precious metals from barrens streams that are not cost effective to treat using established metal extraction processes.
